You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of our Site Energy Hub. You will act as the central liaison between engineering teams, construction professionals, and site management, facilitating effective communication and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and project goals.
- Collaborate closely with the site safety team to ensure all activities comply with stringent safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical insights and innovative solutions to construction challenges.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and proactively manage project risks and issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Previous exposure to GMP production environments is highly beneficial.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Danish, both written and verbal.

- Capability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously.

Educational Background
- Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
