You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of our Site Energy Hub. You will act as the central liaison between engineering teams, construction professionals, and site management, facilitating effective communication and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and project goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the site safety team to ensure all activities comply with stringent safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide technical insights and innovative solutions to construction challenges.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and proactively manage project risks and issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous exposure to GMP production environments is highly beneficial.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Danish, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • A collaborative and engaging working style.

Educational Background

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
