Are you ready to contribute to a critical, fast-track project supporting FDA compliance in API production?

GMP Consulting Group is looking for experienced and technically strong PLC System Engineers and BMS/FMS Specialists to join our team and support the implementation of new Water and Steam facilities at API production sites. These systems are essential to meet the FDA's requirements for cleaner water in new product introductions to the US market. With the next product on a fast-track schedule, the Water & Steam (W&S) projects are moving at the same pace - and you could play a key role in bringing it to life. 

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in supporting the successful design, specification, and procurement of equiqment exceeding 30 million DKK, as well as assisting with the IT Risk Assessment necessary to move the project forward. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Participating in IT Risk Assessments related to new Water & Steam facilities.
  • Supporting the submission of URS (User Requirement Specifications) to suppliers.
  • Assisting with the ordering of major equipment.
  • Collaborating on the design and specification of automation and control solutions for:
    - RO Steam
    - BWT SCADA PLC
    - Instrument Air
    - Chiller Systems
    - Nitrogen systems (may be integrated with SCADA - clarification required).
  • Supporting the implementation of BMS/FMS systems for new buildings.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Extensive technical knowledge of PLC Systems and automation.
  • Solid experience with SCADA, process instrumentation, and utility systems in a GMP environment.
  • Familiarity with IT/OT requirements and experience performening IT Risk Assessments.
  • Experience preparing URS and supporting procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of BMS/FMS in cleanroom or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills - in Danish and English.
