GMP Consulting Group is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior EHS Consultant to join our team and contribute to sustainable energy transition projects at production facilities in Kalundborg. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop skills and gain experience in occupational health, safety, and environmental (EHS) work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Junior EHS Consultant, you will assist in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, supporting senior consultants and project teams in delivering high-quality EHS oversight throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

As a junior EHS consultant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support monitoring and compliance with EHS requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing EHS status reports, including observations and action recommendations.
• Participate in safety walkthroughs, risk assessments (RAMS), and follow-up meetings.
• Collaborate with AMK-B, WPOs, and project teams to address safety and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to identifying and prioritizing critical safety issues under supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

For this role we expect that you have the following qualifications:

• Relevant technical background, such as engineering, occupational health, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience or a strong interest in EHS work (internships or projects in construction, energy, or similar industries are a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is an advantage).
• Organized, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success.

• Hours: Full time (37 hours per week).
• Location: Kalundborg, with flexibility for remote work when suitable.
• Start Date: Q2.
