Job Opportunity: EHS Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and committed EHS Consultant for a full-time position supporting our clients’ sustainable energy transition programs. This role encompasses various project phases at production facilities located in Kalundborg.
As an EHS Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards, both internally and with external legislation. Collaborating closely with engineering partners and contractors, you will ensure adherence to the highest safety standards. Responsibilities include safety walkthroughs, risk assessments (RAMS), incident follow-ups, and detailed EHS status reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently monitor and ensure compliance with EHS requirements among all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with AMK-B, WPOs, and engineering/construction management partners to fulfill EHS obligations.
- Prepare weekly EHS status reports, including observations, action plans, and evaluations of best and worst practices.
- Participate in follow-up meetings, safety inspections, and root cause analyses with project teams.
- Provide expert guidance on RAMS and site-specific risk assessments.
- Continuously assess and prioritize critical safety issues within the project.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical background, preferably in engineering, occupational health, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in occupational health, safety, and environmental work, ideally from construction or energy projects.
- Fluency in English is required; Danish is preferred.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to find constructive solutions to challenges and maintain a positive and professional attitude.

- Hours: 37 hours per week.
- Location: Kalundborg, with flexibility for remote work when suitable.
